Is it safe to connect my Google account?
Yes. Replyo uses Google's official sign-in, so we never see or store your password. You grant access only to your Business Profile reviews, and you can take that access away at any time from your Google account settings.
Does the AI post replies on its own?
No, and there's no setting that makes it. The AI only drafts. Every reply waits for you to read it, edit it if you want, and tap Send reply. Nothing appears on your Google profile without you doing that.
What stops the AI from writing something I'd regret?
A fixed set of rules that applies to every draft: never offer refunds or discounts in public, never admit legal fault, never dispute the customer's version of events, never mention anyone by name who isn't already in the review, and never run past 80 words. On top of that you choose Play it safe or Own it for one- and two-star reviews.
How many businesses can I manage?
Free covers one business. Pro lets you add as many as you run and switch between them in the app — each keeps its own tone, sign-off and review link.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Your subscription is handled by Apple or Google, so you cancel in your App Store or Google Play settings — it takes about ten seconds. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, and free tracking carries on after that.
