Is it safe to connect my Google account?
For the app, Replyo uses Google's official sign-in and never sees or stores your password. Replyo Manager uses a separate manager invitation; we never ask for your password, and you can remove our access. You stay the profile owner in either case.
Does the AI post replies on its own?
No. In the Replyo app, AI only drafts; every reply waits for you to review and send it. Replyo Manager is a separate service: under your written authorization, our team publishes routine replies. We send one- and two-star or otherwise sensitive reviews to you for approval first.
What is Replyo Manager?
For €69.99 per month, Replyo Manager prepares up to 20 new review replies per day for one Google Business Profile. You remain the profile owner and add us as a manager; we never ask for your Google password. Under your written authorization, replies approved by our team are published in the next 9:00 a.m. (Zagreb time) batch. If the queue builds up, all approved replies may be published together, so a catch-up batch can exceed 20. One- and two-star or otherwise sensitive reviews wait for your approval. What stops the AI from writing something I'd regret?
The drafting instructions avoid public refunds or discounts, legal admissions, invented facts and names absent from the review, and aim for 80 words or fewer. You still review and edit every response before posting. Choose Play it safe or Own it for one- and two-star reviews.
How many businesses can I manage?

Can I cancel anytime?
